What you will do

• Coordinate vendor assessment, onboarding, and performance monitoring for software development and technology outsourcing partners.
• Drive end-to-end procurement processes including contract negotiation and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor budgets, purchase orders, and support cost optimization across multiple suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and project teams to translate technical requirements into vendor scopes and manage escalations.
• Lead vendor evaluation and due diligence for new technologies and geographies, contributing to outsourcing strategy.

Requirements

• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• 3+ years experience in technology procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience working with blockchain, AI, or digital asset technology vendors is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with global technical and business teams.
• Remote work with location based in Poland.
