Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Elastic hybrid from Warsaw (at least 2 days per week onsite)

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Manage and share transparent risk, dependency, and issue overviews
• Own end-to-end track deliverables and coordinate SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Ensure access groups comply with IAM policies and drive cleanup of legacy access setups
• Track status and report progress
• Facilitate collaboration across business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from Warsaw with at least 2 days onsite
• English: Daily use in an international environment, level B2 assumed
• Strong project management skills with hybrid waterfall/agile experience
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma for process optimization
• Basic knowledge of IBM Mainframe and IAM platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
