Что делать

• Lead the production team, manage deadlines, workloads, and release rhythms.
• Create, implement, and update SOPs and operational pipelines.
• Ensure predictable delivery of courses, intensives, and special projects on time and with high quality.
• Control product quality including lectures, course structure, scripts, videos, and deliverables.
• Analyze course metrics, launch effectiveness, funnels, and profitability to make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, analytics, finance, instructional design, and tech support teams.
• Optimize production processes and implement AI tools to increase productivity.
• Develop the team through feedback, training, mentorship, and maintaining a healthy work pace.

Требования

• Must have 4+ years experience as Senior Project Manager or Senior Delivery Manager.
• Strong team leadership skills including focus, communication, feedback, conflict management, and responsibility.
• Understanding or willingness to quickly learn technical content in IT, Data, Dev, ML.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to lead through change.
• Systematic thinking, organization, and accountability for results.
• Location: Hybrid with office presence in Kyiv, Ukraine.
