TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Rochester, NY, USA) with three days in office and two days remote per week

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and research enterprise accounts and key stakeholders to tailor outreach.
  • Engage senior-level decision-makers through personalized multi-channel communication.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning and pipeline creation.
  • Leverage industry insights to position hirify.global as a transformative solution.
  • Utilize sales tools to streamline engagement and prioritize actions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to commute to Rochester, NY office as required for hybrid schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience including 1+ years in B2B SDR or similar roles.
  • Experience engaging enterprise buyers or long sales cycle environments is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.
