What you will do
- Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts.
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
- Build and energize a strong referral network with Commercial Bank partners.
- Manage sales pipeline through Commercial Bank referrals and self-generated leads.
- Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations demonstrating how solutions meet client needs.
- Travel within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
Requirements
- Must reside in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, or Wheeling region (US).
- 6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience required.
- Deep knowledge of the payments industry, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
- 10 years of sales experience, with an emphasis on solution selling into Commercial, Mid-Market, or Enterprise space.
- Track record of proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
- Excellent partner relationship building, prospecting, and territory development skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Background in SAAS, Banking, Payables, and Receivables.
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM.
