What you will do
- Proactively engage potential vendors via high-volume outbound calls to promote and enroll them in hirify.global's virtual card payment program.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly enrollment quotas for virtual card adoption.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales funnel from initial lead identification to successful enrollment.
- Execute a structured sales process, effectively articulating the value proposition of hirify.global's payment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly enrolled vendors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent.
- Confident, articulate phone presence and ability to actively listen and provide appropriate responses.
- Skilled at overcoming gatekeepers, objection handling, and identifying Decision Makers.
- Ability to communicate with and understand the specific needs of various levels of an organization.
- Outbound sales/marketing experience preferred and written communication.
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoom info, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Outreach).
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, willing to make 80+ outbound calls per day.
