TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Driving new business growth and expanding enterprise pipeline with an accent on AI-powered sales tools and data-driven lead qualification. Focus on converting inbound leads, personalized outreach, and supporting Account Executives in a hybrid US-based environment.

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with 2 days per week onsite in Miami, Florida

Salary: $42,500–$60,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus plan

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach to different industries and buyer personas
  • Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and revenue pipeline targets
  • Use sales technology stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Orum, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn SalesNav
  • Master knowledge of AI-powered Visual Agents and video generation platform

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid in Miami area
  • English: B2 level or higher required
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B SaaS or tech
  • Strong communication and cold calling skills with proven quota achievement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools and automation
  • Prior experience with sales automation platforms like SalesLoft, Gong, Outreach
  • B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
