What you will do

  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance metrics focused on inbound lead conversion.
  • Implement multi-channel prospecting strategies including calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct qualification calls and manage account executive handoffs within SLAs.
  • Contribute to team collaboration and share best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience to prospects, setting foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Chicago office on specified days.
  • 1+ year experience in inbound or outbound sales development with interest in SaaS sales career.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to grammar and tone.
  • Analytical skills to extract insights from data.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to coaching and feedback.
