What you will do

  • Qualify inbound interest and proactively source new opportunities across banks, credit unions, and wealth platforms or enterprise companies.
  • Conduct deep discovery tailored to regulated industries and identify relevant use cases.
  • Own and close smaller deals (≤ $100K ARR) independently or with support from your manager and field AE.
  • Manage full-cycle motions for lower-complexity sales, including scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Partner with senior AEs on larger, multi-stakeholder deals and assist with early-stage qualification and strategy.
  • Craft tailored value narratives for financial institutions and support product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, or junior AE roles.
  • Fintech or financial institution sales experience is a plus.
  • Comfort navigating multi-persona conversations with compliance, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a blend of self-owned deals and collaborative cycle support with senior sellers.
