Salary: $97,500–$142,500 USD (US zones), CA$122,500–CA$161,500 (Canada zones)

What you will do

  • Build joint go-to-market plans with partners aligning messaging, campaigns, and pipeline goals.
  • Design and execute co-marketing programs generating qualified leads and measurable pipeline.
  • Create scalable, repeatable campaigns and assets for partner activation.
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds including proposals, approvals, allocation, and ROI analysis.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Enable partners with training and resources to improve marketing execution and performance.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (ON & BC only)
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on partner, channel, or co-marketing in SaaS.
  • Proven track record building and executing integrated co-marketing campaigns driving qualified pipeline.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to optimize ROI and strategy.
  • Curiosity and openness to growth, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
