What you will do

• Maintain and optimize job listings, outreach campaigns, and acquisition workflows to expand the provider network.
• Launch and manage paid ad content and collaborate with teams and agencies on creative assets.
• Oversee daily operations of the provider referral program and manage vendor relationships.
• Track acquisition metrics, analyze performance, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruitment, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work hybrid from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs
• 3+ years experience in growth operations or performance marketing, healthcare tech experience a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot, digital ads, and performance marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience producing or editing creative assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
