What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of hirify.global’s annual Tektonic industry conference and other major events.
• Develop strategic event plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for tradeshows and field events.
• Drive event registration, attendance, and engagement through promotional strategies.
• Analyze event performance metrics and optimize future events based on data insights.
• Support marketing teams in achieving company goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be local to Houston, Texas, USA with a hybrid work model.
• 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in technology or SaaS, with large-scale event execution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event KPIs and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to events (~25%).

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, and Notion.
