What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of hirify.global’s annual Tektonic industry conference and other major events.
- Develop strategic event plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for tradeshows and field events.
- Drive event registration, attendance, and engagement through promotional strategies.
- Analyze event performance metrics and optimize future events based on data insights.
- Support marketing teams in achieving company goals and initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be local to Houston, Texas, USA with a hybrid work model.
- 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in technology or SaaS, with large-scale event execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event KPIs and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to events (~25%).
Nice to have
- Automotive industry experience.
- Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, and Notion.
