Salary: $180,000 - $288,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers focused on commercial growth and service partner marketing
• Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies supporting account upgrades, cross-sell, and expansion
• Align messaging and activation strategies across sales, demand generation, product, and marketing teams
• Create narrative frameworks, enablement assets, and training programs for sales teams
• Own marketing strategy and execution for hirify.global’s services ecosystem and partner programs
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and champion customer-centric strategies

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 7+ years in product or solution marketing with commercial growth experience
• 3+ years managing teams with proven impact
• Experience partnering with sales and demand generation to drive growth
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for complex narratives
• Ability to manage stakeholders from individual contributors to senior executives

Nice to have

• Experience marketing service offerings and partner-led services
• Background in product-led growth (PLG) in fast-growing SaaS companies
• Familiarity with design and product development workflows
