What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic platform vision ensuring scalability and consistency across products.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and clear direction.
• Unify end-user and admin experiences to create cohesive, intuitive environments.
• Advance conversational AI and analytics capabilities across the product suite.
• Own core platform services including identity, user management, data models, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Go-To-Market teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Denver, CO at least 3 days per week.
• Experience: 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of platform and ecosystem strategy including APIs and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products, preferably in CRM or CX domains.
• Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
