Salary: $220,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy of your product area, collaborating across engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Become an authoritative expert in the product area through market research, customer learning, and product usage.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Reduce user pain points and sophistication required for customer success.
• Instrument, monitor, and report on your product area, delivering improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure products
• 2+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.
• Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to engage in architecture discussions with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a computer science degree highly preferred.
• Must work from the New York City office 3+ days a week.
