What you will do
- Define and drive the strategy of your product area, collaborating across engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Become an authoritative expert in the product area through market research, customer learning, and product usage.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Reduce user pain points and sophistication required for customer success.
- Instrument, monitor, and report on your product area, delivering improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure products
- 2+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to engage in architecture discussions with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a computer science degree highly preferred.
- Must work from the New York City office 3+ days a week.
