TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and expanding existing relationships with Fortune 500 enterprise accounts by selling AI-powered video solutions with an accent on value-driven sales and strategic account planning. Focus on managing complex sales cycles and identifying client pain points to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Location: Fully Remote (United States), with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Applicants should be willing to travel as required.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD in Year-1 (base + uncapped commission).

What you will do

  • Drive new business with large enterprise organizations and expand existing client relationships into global enterprise partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with precision and ownership.
  • Sell into multiple functional areas, including HR, Learning & Development, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients revolutionize their business processes through avatar agents and AI-powered video solutions.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to ensure accurate forecasting, consistent quarterly delivery, and long-term customer growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS full-cycle sales.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding enterprise logos with a history of closing six-figure deals.
  • Success managing complex sales cycles (7+ months) and consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and executing value-based sales strategies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) focused on measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client pain points, build champions, and deliver business outcomes across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or another CRM) and sales technology such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Video SaaS.
  • Experience selling native AI or API solutions.
  • Certification in deal qualification / prospect discovery.
