What you will do

• Build scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly detection, and cohort segmentation.
• Implement ML-driven insights and integrate them into dashboards and APIs.
• Develop secure, compliant workflows for production logs and conversation data.
• Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and UX designers to refine hypotheses and deliver high-performance interfaces.
• Own technical strategy for trend detection, cohort analysis, and drill-down workflows linking metrics to conversation evidence.
• Prototype and productionize ML models for anomaly detection and predictive insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Redmond, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience leading small engineering and ML teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated interest in Responsible AI.
