What you will do

• Build scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly detection, and cohort segmentation.
• Implement ML-driven insights and integrate them into dashboards and APIs.
• Develop secure, compliant workflows for production logs and conversation data.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to refine hypotheses and deliver high-performance interfaces.
• Own technical strategy for trend detection, cohort analysis, and drill-down workflows linking metrics to conversation evidence.
• Prototype and productionize ML models for anomaly detection and predictive insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York with onsite work at hirify.global office expected.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with machine learning, data platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including PMs, UX, and security specialists.
• Commitment to responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in small engineering and ML teams.
