Location: Hybrid in New York, United States. Employees are required to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles.

Salary: $188,000 – $304,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for telemetry ingestion, anomaly detection, and cohort segmentation.
• Design, implement, and integrate ML-driven insights into product dashboards and APIs.
• Develop secure and compliant workflows for handling large-scale production logs and conversation data.
• Enable drill-down capabilities to link quantitative metrics with qualitative evidence for actionable context.
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap for AI-driven trend detection and predictive insights.
• Prototype and productionize machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong hands-on experience in machine learning, data platforms, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience with observability (metrics, tracing, logs) and model evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to independently write efficient, readable, and extensible code and model pipelines.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience leading small engineering and machine learning teams.
• Collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, UX, security specialists).
• Demonstrated interest in Responsible AI.
