What you will do

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with museums, cultural institutions, and venues.
• Develop and deliver growth strategies for the museum market vertical.
• Manage commercial strategies and ensure value creation with large partners.
• Balance and grow a large client base with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner growth in the UK and internationally.
• Stay updated on trends and new exhibitions in the cultural and museum landscape.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany (hybrid)
• 5+ years experience in museums, cultural institutions, or live entertainment industry in commercial or business development roles.
• Proven track record managing high-value relationships with cultural organizations.
• Strong sales, partnership development, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C2 level).
• Experience with ticketing platforms, revenue optimization, and visitor operations is highly valued.
