What you will do

• Develop and execute Microsoft partnership roadmap and go-to-market alignment.
• Build and manage relationships within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem in DACH.
• Design joint go-to-market strategies and coordinate co-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for alignment.
• Create partner enablement materials and track performance in CRM.
• Represent hirify.global at Microsoft and fintech ecosystem events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich or Berlin (Hybrid)
• 5+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel management within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and mid-market buying processes.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven record of transforming technology partnerships into commercial growth.
