What you will do
- Lead and develop the overall partnerships strategy to drive measurable revenue impact.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Partnership Managers.
- Actively identify and approach potential partners in B2B HR and HR Tech domains.
- Build strong strategic relationships and identify win-win collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market motions and marketing activities with partners.
- Own the partnerships pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and driving partner-sourced revenue.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or similar commercial roles, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Proven experience in developing and growing partnerships in the DACH market, including relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented, fully remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of technology and sales/partnership tools, including HubSpot.
