TL;DR

Director, Partner Sales (UKI & NEUR): Leading partner teams to drive pipeline generation and co-selling initiatives across the UKI and NEUR regions with an accent on developing comprehensive partner sales strategies and strong relationship management. Focus on achieving revenue targets through effective partner programs and market insights.

Location: The preferred location for this role is UK (London). Willingness to travel (50%+ of the time) is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement partner sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Recruit, empower, develop, and guide a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Lead targeted pipeline development and co-selling initiatives with partners.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective partner sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage partner programs, including training, certification, and incentives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of Partner Account Managers.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing both 1-tier and 2-tier channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and NEUR partner landscape (VARs, MSPs, GSIs and VADs).
  • Proficiency in enterprise and sales efficiency technologies (e.g., G Suite, Office 365, Slack, Zoom).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to present persuasively.
  • Strong sales management and partner operational skills with a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Willingness to travel (50%+ of the time).

  • Fluency in an additional European language.
