What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of PCG’s services to convert leads into sales
• Prospect, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of new sales leads
• Schedule and deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to propose tailored solutions
• Track sales activities and report weekly to management
• Meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and analyze sales insights

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Stockholm with hybrid work model
• Language: Native or bilingual Swedish and fluent English required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience with proven track record
• Tech-savvy with experience in the tech industry or technical background
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and CRM skills
