What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of PCG’s services to convert leads into sales
- Prospect, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of new sales leads
- Schedule and deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to propose tailored solutions
- Track sales activities and report weekly to management
- Meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs and analyze sales insights
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Stockholm with hybrid work model
- Language: Native or bilingual Swedish and fluent English required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience with proven track record
- Tech-savvy with experience in the tech industry or technical background
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and CRM skills
