What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic partnership plan.
• Build and lead a dedicated partnership sales and marketing motion across European markets.
• Drive joint pipeline generation, co-selling, business development, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to co-develop offerings and integrations.
• Lead strategic joint programmes addressing sovereignty requirements across industries.
• Structure partnership agreements, incentive models, and joint business plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling technology partnerships or channel programmes in cloud, SaaS or related industries.
• Proven ability to shape partnership strategy and turn it into measurable growth and market impact.
• Strong relationship leadership skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements and leading high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, integrations and technical ecosystems.
• Applicants must possess a valid work permit.
