What you will do
- Maintain and grow customer spend across a portfolio of commercial customers.

- Evaluate customer journeys and monitor account health using playbooks.
- Act as primary customer contact, aligning internal resources including sales and technical teams.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in London, United Kingdom with availability during core business hours 9am - 6pm.
- Proven experience in account management, CRM, and strategic sales within the UK.
- Experience driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Project management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Desirable experience in CDN, PaaS, or Cyber Security industries.
