What you will do

  • Maintain and grow customer spend across a portfolio of commercial customers.
  • Use automation tools like Salesforce and Outreach.io to streamline engagement and accelerate adoption.
  • Evaluate customer journeys and monitor account health using playbooks.
  • Act as primary customer contact, aligning internal resources including sales and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and insights.

Requirements

  • Location: Must reside in London, United Kingdom with availability during core business hours 9am - 6pm.
  • Proven experience in account management, CRM, and strategic sales within the UK.
  • Experience driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Desirable experience in CDN, PaaS, or Cyber Security industries.
