Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year

• Align team efforts with business and user requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Must be able to commute to a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 10+ years experience (or Bachelor’s with 12+ years).
• Experience with large-scale distributed data platforms (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Columnar storage).
• Experience as a technical lead/architect in large-scale system architecture, design, and development.
• Demonstrated programming skills and knowledge of architectural patterns for high-scale applications.
• Experience in ML/AI, proficient analytical skills, and fluent communication skills.
