What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and manage onboarding and exit interviews
• Create, audit, and update company policies and procedures
• Support and track the performance review process
• Maintain personnel security processes including external access requests
• Prepare and participate in DCSA security reviews and inspections

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Orlando, FL
• BS Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 8 years HR Generalist experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Nice to have

• Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience
• SHRM or HRCI certifications
