What you will do

  • Own design and execution of global compensation programs including job leveling, salary bands, and equity structure.
  • Develop scalable, data-driven compensation frameworks to drive internal equity, market competitiveness, and retention.
  • Lead mid-year and year-end compensation reviews, equity submissions, and annual band refreshes.
  • Build and maintain audit processes ensuring data accuracy and governance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to operationalize compensation strategy.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to inform leadership on pay equity and total rewards trends.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States for remote work.
  • 5+ years experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills with executive-level communication.
  • Experience managing HR operations or compensation projects across global teams.
  • Ability to navigate fast organizational change in companies with 10,000+ customers and $50–200M ARR.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools like Radford and Pave.
  • Understanding of international compensation compliance.
