What you will do
- Lead the small and mighty team providing operational backbone and analytical insights for Attraction & Selection (Recruiting) and Talent Management (Products) functions.
- Partner with the VP of Talent and Talent Team Leadership.
- Define the data and insights required to efficiently run the recruiting engine.
- Evolve talent products effectively, ensuring decisions are guided by a unified philosophy and shared data.
