What you will do

• Provide daily benefits support including handling inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain and improve benefits programs, processes, and structures.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with plan guidelines.
• Support annual open enrollment and year-end HRIS processes.
• Assist with wellness initiatives and employee education.
• Monitor market trends to recommend enhancements to rewards programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with ability to influence and problem solve.
• Experience supporting technhirify.globalgy, international, or M&A environments.
• Preferred experience with Google Workspace.
