Location: Remote (United States only), with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago available for hybrid work.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 USD (annual base pay), plus commissions and equity awards.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic support and guidance to customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage engagement scope, investment requests, and contracting for managed services and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Enablement, Product, Analytics) to meet customer objectives and document ROI.
  • Communicate value delivered and ROI for renewals and existing business.
  • Proactively educate stakeholders on new services and product features.
  • Identify and share upsell opportunities for additional products and data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience in biopharma or health technology, with 5+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Prior experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services, especially cloud-based SaaS.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging various levels within biopharma.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a passion for leveraging data for insights.
  • Impeccable project management skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and manage senior-level customer relationships.
  • Expertise in structuring client deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to tell a clear story.
