What you will do

• Set regional field marketing strategy in partnership with sales and channel teams.
• Create demand through integrated campaigns, conferences, events, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and joint channel activities.
• Monitor and report on campaign results, effectiveness, and ROI, recommending changes as needed.
• Collaborate with Corporate/Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams on successful strategies.
• Manage prospect lists between the company's CRM and marketing automation databases and vendors' progress.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a field or similar marketing role.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese required.
• Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel (~20-30%).

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience.
• SFDC and HubSpot knowledge.
