What you will do

• Lead marketing brand, content, and creative strategy to drive awareness, growth, and adoption.
• Oversee content marketing across all channels aligned with business objectives and customer segments.
• Develop and maintain a unified brand story and visual identity across campaigns and events.
• Champion AI adoption in marketing workflows and creative processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and brand strategy.
• Build, lead, and mentor teams in creative, content, and events; manage external agencies and marketing budget.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid model with 3 days a week in office (New York, Chicago, London)
• 15+ years of experience in brand marketing and B2B events leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in building and mentoring marketing teams.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing and performance campaigns.
