What you will do

  • Develop and refine the EU/UK BNPL vision, strategy, and product roadmap.
  • Design, launch, refine, and integrate BNPL products into the global payments platform and TikTok ecosystem.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
  • Analyze EU market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and optimization.
  • Monitor industry standards, consumer lending regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lending, payments, finance, fintech, or ecommerce.
  • Experience with credit cards, consumer loans, or BNPL is relevant.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with multiple departments.
