What you will do
- Develop and execute GTM strategy for Japan and APAC in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse sales team aligned with hirify.global values
- Drive revenue targets and foster a high-performing sales culture
- Promote continuous learning and development within the sales organization
- Increase regional B2B awareness through PR, events, and marketing collaboration
- Participate in regional leadership and represent hirify.global externally
Requirements
- Must hold a work permit in Japan
- Native Japanese and strong business-level English
- Proven success leading multi-product SaaS sales organizations with channel-led sales experience
- Strong strategic influence with customers and partners across SMB and mid-market segments
- Experience in sales execution including lead generation, pipeline, and forecast management
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a learning mindset
