What you will do

• Own and shape the global go-to-market strategy for Account Development across funnel stages
• Scale the Account Development team by hiring, onboarding, and coaching high-potential talent
• Design and implement outbound playbooks and ensure inbound lead excellence
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Product
• Define and monitor success metrics including pipeline value and conversion rates
• Contribute as part of the global leadership team shaping hirify.global for Business

Requirements

• Fluency in English required; additional languages like German, French, and Spanish are a plus
• 5+ years experience scaling Account Development or SDR teams in SaaS or B2B environments
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
• Experience hiring and coaching entry-level talent internationally
• Strong leadership skills with a data-driven approach to team performance
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
