What you will do

  • Create a strong first impression and build a sales pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Use multi-channel approaches to connect with leads and prospects.
  • Generate curiosity and excitement about hirify.global’s B2B solutions.
  • Organize and manage sales lead information in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and opportunity quotas.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Tokyo, Japan
  • Fluent communication skills in Japanese and business proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 6 months of successful SaaS sales experience (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented team player with a passion for technology sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Interest in AI and language technology.
