TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (AppSec): Managing and growing enterprise accounts in application security with an accent on driving revenue, building relationships, and translating technical complexities into business value. Focus on closing large deals, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and understanding the evolving threat landscape including AI.

Location: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be responsible for a West Coast territory with required travel.

Salary: OTE $300,000 to $320,000

What you will do

  • Own territory outcomes, aggressively hunting new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders, partners, and influencers to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Identify and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Translate technical challenges like code-to-cloud gaps and AI threats into business narratives focusing on efficiency, compliance, and revenue.
  • Develop account and territory plans based on customer business objectives and collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and maintain accurate Salesforce data reflecting territory health.

Requirements

  • Track record of closing $500K to $1M+ enterprise SaaS/subscription deals.
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS/subscription sales managing strategic accounts and new business within Fortune 500 or mid-market organizations.
  • Consistent execution of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build multi-level relationships (developers to C-suite).
  • Territory owner mentality, proactively hunting for new business and owning expansion outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startup or fast-moving global environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
