What you will do
- Own territory outcomes, aggressively hunting new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Build key relationships with stakeholders, partners, and influencers to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Identify and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Translate technical challenges like code-to-cloud gaps and AI threats into business narratives focusing on efficiency, compliance, and revenue.
- Develop account and territory plans based on customer business objectives and collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and maintain accurate Salesforce data reflecting territory health.
Requirements
- Track record of closing $500K to $1M+ enterprise SaaS/subscription deals.
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS/subscription sales managing strategic accounts and new business within Fortune 500 or mid-market organizations.
- Consistent execution of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build multi-level relationships (developers to C-suite).
- Territory owner mentality, proactively hunting for new business and owning expansion outcomes.

- Experience in startup or fast-moving global environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator.
