What you will do

• Deliver AI onboarding sessions and practical training to customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge including AI features and use cases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure adoption and troubleshoot usage issues.
• Create user-facing educational materials like guides and tutorials.
• Monitor usage metrics and proactively engage low-engagement customers.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• Must be located in Mexico (remote role restricted to Mexico).
• 4+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success, training, or implementation.
• 2+ years experience with SaaS product onboarding or enablement.
• 1+ year experience working with AI-enabled tools or platforms.
• Strong communication and training skills for diverse user groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI concepts like prompts and model behavior.
• Experience with SaaS analytics and instructional design.
• Participation in beta testing and product feedback processes.
• Presentation skills for webinars and group training.
