What you will do
- Lead and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for enterprise sales and customer success teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Design comprehensive onboarding paths emphasizing practical application and skill mastery.
- Conduct needs analysis with sales leadership to identify enablement priorities and performance gaps.
- Develop and implement scalable learning solutions in collaboration with Revenue Enablement, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and support sales/customer success events.
- Support revenue enablement initiatives and continuous content updates.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with local presence in specified cities.
- 2-3 years of sales enablement or L&D experience and 3-5 years SaaS sales experience.
- Experience designing curricula and learning programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and commitment to continuous learning.
