What you will do

• Manage a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive customer enablement and business value realization.
• Develop prescriptive adoption playbooks and standardize delivery processes.
• Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Support teams.
• Influence product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback and business insights.
• Design and report on metrics demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week in New York City office
• 4+ years in customer-facing consultative roles within AI/data/enterprise SaaS companies.
• 2+ years leadership experience scaling teams and driving business transformation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and data fluency with adoption/ROI metrics.
• Experience with AI capabilities including prompting, agent workflows, and LLMs.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and change management programs.
