What you will do
- Contribute to the vision and design of the Content & Catalog creation experience.
- Act as an internal "voice of the customer".
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to ship products.
- Define product requirements and roll out new features based on customer personas and use cases.
- Document customer demands and product functionality.
- Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at a minimum.
- Excel at solving complex technical problems and partnering with engineering to translate customer needs into shippable products.
- Deliver intuitive UI experiences and valuable/usable APIs.
- Experience working with agile Engineering teams and tools like Jira.
- Experience with user testing and data analysis, driving decisions based on business and technical data.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with building automated, AI-driven experiences, and working with LLMs.
- Familiarity with the development of mobile/web/cross-channel experiences.
- Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker) to bring insights.
