What you will do

• Create and deliver multimedia training content for sales teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical/product teams and sales stakeholders.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on CRM and sales tools.
• Manage multiple enablement projects using Jira and similar tools.
• Analyze training impact and tool adoption using analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada with hybrid work format.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or technical training.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools like Gong.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira) and data analysis platforms (Looker, Tableau).
• Fluency in English required; French is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
