What you will do
- Develop and deliver a scalable technical education strategy and curriculum for Solutions teams including CSMs, SEs, and Professional Services.
- Lead AI Fluency and certification programs to ensure technical proficiency across GTM roles.
- Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, Product, and Solutions teams to translate product functionality into actionable training.
- Facilitate live and on-demand technical training sessions and "Train the Trainer" programs.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from Solutions teams to inform product roadmap and improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland with at least three days in office weekly
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Training in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate complex product details for customer-facing teams.
- Experience designing technical curriculum, hands-on labs, and certification programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset to measure and report on certification effectiveness.
