What you will do

• Drive differentiation through agentic AI to transform how revenue teams work.
• Scale the enterprise-grade platform for performance, extensibility, integrations, and compliance.
• Own the vision and roadmap for AI and platform infrastructure, translating business needs and market trends into clear product priorities.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable APIs, developer tools, and architectures for real-time, secure AI applications.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team across AI and platform.
• Represent hirify.global externally as a thought leader with customers, analysts, and media.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of taking AI/ML-driven products from vision to market adoption.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP, and data pipelines.
• Experience building and scaling platform products with cloud-native, API-first, extensible architectures.
• Demonstrated success working with enterprise customers and navigating complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire teams, influence executives, and engage customers.
