Location: Remote - Mexico only, based in Cancun

What you will do

  • Deliver AI onboarding sessions and practical training to customers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AI product features and use cases.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Create user-facing educational content like guides and tutorials.
  • Monitor usage and proactively support customers with low engagement.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product team.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mexico (remote role restricted to Mexico).
  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles such as customer success, training, or product support.
  • 2+ years experience with SaaS onboarding or user adoption.
  • 1+ year working with AI-enabled tools or platforms.
  • Strong communication and training skills for diverse user groups.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and SaaS analytics tools.
  • Experience in instructional design or user education best practices.
  • Participation in beta testing and structured product feedback.
  • Presentation skills for webinars and workshops.
