TL;DR

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Talent Development and SMEs to define learning needs, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using digital authoring and multimedia tools.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for eLearning modules and other learning materials.
  • Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and quality of learning content for LMS deployment.
  • Use AI and modern tools to support content drafting, prototyping, and enhancement.
  • Manage multiple projects and communicate progress in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience with a portfolio of digital learning work.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline and multimedia tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and inclusive design best practices.
  • Experience with LMS deployment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
