What you will do

• Develop and maintain learning experiences for instructor-led, virtual, and online training including written materials, videos, audio, exams, and simulations.
• Manage projects and content delivery using tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft 365.
• Organize and maintain files in content and learning management systems, YouTube, and Wistia.
• Collaborate with Customer Education, Product Development, and other stakeholders to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
• Review and analyze hirify.global and Apple beta releases to update learning content accordingly.
• Provide feedback to content creators and occasionally lead customer training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years technical understanding of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS
• Minimum 1 year technical use of hirify.global’s product portfolio
• Minimum 1 year experience in teaching, instructional design, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in video production and/or audio engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience with screen capture, screen recording, or Keynote creation
• Experience with scripting languages (bash, zsh) and cybersecurity knowledge preferred
