Senior Technical Trainer

TL;DR

Senior Technical Trainer (Education): Design, deliver, and scale technical training programs and curricula for hirify.global’s platform with an accent on partner enablement and training other trainers. Focus on creating engaging live and virtual workshops, coaching instructors, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve training impact and product adoption.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia with up to 25% international travel

What you will do

• Design outcome-based live training curricula and hands-on workshops aligned to enterprise use cases.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions across APAC for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and scale partner training programs and exam readiness workshops.
• Train and certify other trainers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and learner experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and create resources to support hirify.global users.
• Collaborate with product, professional services, and partner teams to align training with product updates and customer needs.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Australia (ANZ) supporting APAC customers
• 5+ years in technical training or developer education in SaaS environments.
• Experience with web technologies such as React, REST and GraphQL APIs, and cloud microservices.
• Proven facilitation skills for virtual and on-site training with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building training programs, certifying instructors, and coaching at scale.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
