What you will do

  • Deliver clear onboarding sessions to help customers understand and use core AI features.
  • Maintain a solid working understanding of AI products, their features, limitations, and use cases.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions to answer questions and ensure customers gain initial value from AI tools.
  • Create user-facing educational content like guides, tutorials, and examples for AI features.
  • Monitor usage indicators and proactively support customers showing low engagement with AI capabilities.
  • Collect and organize recurring customer questions, issues, and enhancement requests for the Product team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Product Support, Training, Implementation).
  • 2+ years working with SaaS products, focusing on onboarding, enablement, or user adoption.
  • 1+ year working directly with AI-enabled tools or software platforms.
  • Ability to explain product features and workflows in clear, simple terms.
  • Skilled at running training sessions, walkthroughs, or basic product demos.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Education, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompts, model behavior, or common AI application patterns (at a practical user level).
  • Experience with SaaS analytics tools for tracking usage and adoption.
  • Exposure to instructional design or user-education best practices.
  • Experience participating in beta testing or gathering structured product feedback.
  • Ability to present in webinars, group training, or customer workshops.
